Any unsound defects to the Character Oak Hardwood Flooring are cut out and the Character Oak Floor boards are end matched (tongue and grooved) and are ready to lay.

At Wood and Stone Direct our range of Character Oak Flooring is unfinished and must be lightly sanded and sealed after laying.
